How do I get started with my RAVO box?

Simply plug-in the RAVO TV box to your TV and connect it to an internet connection and you can start watching your channels. The whole process won’t take you more than a couple of minutes!

The first time you connect the device you will be prompted with an email and phone number box, this is required for keeping track of your warranty and ensuring we have your contact details in our database for future reference.

What warranty do I get?

All RAVO IPTV devices come with a one year hardware warranty, contact your seller or contact RAVO UK if you have purchased the product online for any hardware problems with your device.

How do I get into the settings tab?

To access the SETTINGS window for your RAVO device, click on the SETUP button on your RAVO controller and select the required settings option from the left side.

How do I access the built in APPs?

To access the APPS window for your RAVO device, click on the MENU button on your RAVO controller and scroll to the right until you reach the blue APPS option.

My RAVO box doesn't connect to the internet.

Make sure you have plugged in the ethernet cable in the back of the device, once it’s connected a bright orange light will start flashing.

If you are connecting using wireless, click on the SETUP button on your RAVO remote, select the NETWORK option and enable the wireless connection. This will prompt you with a list of all available wireless connections in your area, simply select the correct connection and enter your wireless password to connect.

For the best RAVO experience we would highly advice you to connect using a wired connection instead.

What internet speed do I need?

To experience the best quality the following internet connection is required;

  • DSL CONNECTION: 4Mbps internet connection.

For all HD channels we would suggest an internet connection of not less than 6Mbps to get the best quality possible.

My remote control isn't working

Make sure you have fully charged batteries in your remote control, if the problem still consists, disconnect from your wireless connection and disable the wireless connection from your settings tab and connect the device using a wired connection.

How do I renew my subscription

Contact your seller to renew your annual subscription or contact RAVO US directly if you have purchased your device online. All renewal subscriptions are enabled instantly without any delay.

Can I record any of the channels?

Yes you can, you can record any of the channels or any of the VOD programmes using an external USB storage device. Simply connect the USB storage device at the rear of your RAVO device and click on the MENU button on your RAVO remote control. This will prompt you with a blue TV icon, scroll to the right until you reach RECORDINGS icon, click on the icon and click on the green button on your RAVO controller as instructed to start recording your channel.

How long does it take for me to receive my online order?

It will take 5-7 working days for your RAVO TV box to arrive to the US or Canada.
